Use of Email

1. You agree that all communications between CAL2 Fire Alarms and you can be made by email.
2. Any personal information you send to CAL2 Fire Alarms via email is done so at your own risk.

Price and Payment

1. CAL2 Fire Alarms reserves the right to change prices listed on the web site without prior notice.
2. The price you pay for goods is as shown on our web site at the time you order excluding postage and packing fees, where applicable.

Use of the web shop

1. CAL2 Fire Alarms reserves the right to withdraw the web site, any information contained in the web site, and any goods offered for sale on the web site without any prior notice.
2. CAL2 Fire Alarms reserves the right to investigate your use of the web site for any reason whatsoever and report any suspected unlawful use of the site or fraudulent use of any credit or debit card or other payment method to relevant law enforcement authorities.
3. You must be 18 years or older to use the web site and purchase goods offered for sale on the web site.
4. Information and technical data contained on-line, in catalogues and technical publications is for guidance purposes only and we will not be held responsible for any mistakes and or wrong interpretations of such information.

Offer to Purchase and Acceptance

1. An order placed by you through this web site will be considered as an offer to purchase goods from CAL2 Fire Alarms. Until your offer has been accepted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, no contract for the sale of goods exists between you and CAL2 Fire Alarms and for the avoidance of doubt, prior to such acceptance; CAL2 Fire Alarms shall have no obligation to deliver any goods pursuant to your order.
2. On receipt of your order CAL2 Fire Alarms shall issue a confirmation email to confirm receipt of your order.
3. An order is not accepted until CAL2 Fire Alarms sends written acknowledgement to the purchaser, or part or all of the products ordered are dispatched
   CAL2 Fire Alarms reserves the right to refuse to accept an offer to purchase goods for any reason whatsoever.
4. To withdraw from a contract for the purchase of goods you must communicate this to CAL2 Fire Alarms by email to sales@sdfirealarms.co.uk or by telephone to (01803) 328537 and you must specify the order number(s) to which the cancellation relates and full details of all items in respect of which you wish to cancel.
5. You will be responsible for bearing the cost of returning any goods to us where you cancel the contract.

Faulty or incorrect goods

1. CAL2 Fire Alarms will replace any goods returned by you which when delivered were either damaged or did not conform to the specification stated on the web site, provided you notify us within 7 days of delivery of the goods to the address specified on your order.
2. Goods will only be replaced after the original goods are returned unused. CAL2 Fire Alarms will not be liable for any goods that are not returned by you as required.
