Delivery Charges

All orders will be charged a set rate of £8.00 ex VAT for every order regardless of size or weight. Orders will be delivered using our standard delivery scheme which will see your goods arrive in between 1-3 days of dispatch. Orders placed before 12:30 on weekdays are usually dispatched same day; orders after this time are usually dispatched next working day.If there are items in the order that are not currently in stock the order will be delivered when all items are available for delivery. Other delivery options offered are 'Guaranteed next day delivery' and 'Guaranteed 48hr delivery' please contact us for more information. Both of these services are based on working days and therefore do not include weekends and bank holidays. We do provide a Timed service and a Saturday service, please contact us for more information.

Shortages

It is our policy to contact you if a product ordered is out of stock to explain the situation and probable delivery date. Most out-of-stock items can still be dispatched from our store within a week of placing an order. If you do not wish to proceed with any order containing shortages, we will arrange for it to be cancelled.

Returns Policy

Our 7-day returns guarantee means that if the our product specification did not match the product you recieved or you recieved damaged or faulty goods, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Customer returns should be notified to us at sales@sdfirealarms.co.uk within 7 days. We can only accept the return of used items if they are found to be faulty.
